Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Slice bagels thinly, about ¼-inch thick, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sharp cheddar, scallions, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce until smooth.
  • Shape the cheese mixture into a rustic ball.
  • Roll the cheese ball in everything bagel seasoning until coated.
  • Serve immediately with bagel chips or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
