How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Gather all ingredients and let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares about 4 inches wide.
  • Place pepperoni, mozzarella, and a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, then seal tightly.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
