Preparation Steps

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until they turn vibrant green and remain firm.
  • Quickly transfer blanched broccoli to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain well and gently pat dry.
