How to Make Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

  • Combine 12 oz of cold brew coffee and 2 tbsp of vanilla simple syrup in a glass filled with ice. Stir gently to mix the flavors together.
  • Blend ¼ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup 2% milk, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, and 2 tbsp pistachio syrup in a blender or with a hand-held frother. Blend for 10-20 seconds until thick and foamy.
  • Pour the whipped cold foam over the prepared cold brew mixture.
  • Melt 2 tbsp of salted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Swirl gently until it turns into a light amber hue.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of crushed butter cookies for a crunchy topping.
  • Sprinkle the cookie mixture over the drink before serving.
