For the Milk

  • 0.5 cup Milk (any type) Almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Ice Cubes Use plenty to keep the drink cool.

Steps to Prepare

  • Begin by boiling your water and pouring it over the dried lavender in a heatproof container. Steep for about 5 minutes to extract the floral flavor.
  • While your lavender is steeping, brew a shot of espresso.
  • Strain the lavender infusion to remove solids. In a glass, mix the lavender liquid, shot of espresso, and honey, stirring until well combined.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the lavender and espresso mixture over the ice.
  • Top off your glass with milk, stirring gently to combine all flavors.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of dried lavender or drizzle of honey before serving.

Notes
