  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
