  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place about a teaspoon of filling in each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles, and seal tightly.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce and additional green onions.
