  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in remaining crushed Oreos and pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  6. Chill for at least four hours or overnight. Top with chocolate ganache before serving.
