  • 1 package (8 oz) flaky croissant dough
  • 8 oz sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 4 oz ripe Brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 tbsp lingonberry jam (or cranberry jam as an alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the croissant dough on a clean surface.
  3. Place slices of turkey and Brie on each triangle of dough.
  4. Add a spoonful of lingonberry jam on top of the filling.
  5. Roll up each croissant from the wide end to the pointy end, placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
