  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp with half of the garlic butter mixture, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss to coat.
