  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch pieces.
  2. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped artichokes, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, basil, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Remove toasted bread from the oven and spoon the artichoke mixture onto each slice evenly.
  5. Bake again for 5-7 minutes until warmed through and slightly bubbly.
