  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add dried hibiscus flowers and steep for 5 minutes until the water turns ruby red.
  3. Remove from heat, strain the tea into another container, and stir in honey or agave syrup while still warm.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or serve immediately over ice.
