  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
