  • 34 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry. Place it gently into the slow cooker.
  2. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Massage spices into the meat.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the turkey until half-submerged.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for about 3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove turkey and let it rest. Whisk together some of the broth with cornstarch in a saucepan until thickened to make gravy.
  6. Slice against the grain and serve with gravy.
