  • 34 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Generously season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Brown the seasoned turkey breast in the pot for approximately four minutes on each side.
  4. Pour chicken broth around the turkey (not on top) for moisture.
  5. Close the lid and set to 'Pressure Cook' on high for 25 minutes; allow natural pressure release afterward.
  6. Remove the turkey, cover it with foil to rest, and switch back to 'Sauté' mode to thicken pan drippings with cornstarch mixture for gravy.
