  • 34 lb boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the turkey breast in the baking dish and coat it evenly with the herb mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour. Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
