  • 200g fresh ramen noodles
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (white or red)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all components.
  2. In your Instant Pot, pour in the bone broth and stir in the miso paste until dissolved. Secure the lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
  3. While the broth cooks, prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.

  5. After cooking, ladle hot broth over ramen in serving bowls. Halve soft-boiled eggs and place on top along with green onions and nori strips.
