  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Whisk in eggs and milk until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring gently.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour about half a cup of batter per pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 2-3 minutes). Serve warm.
