  • 1 cup diced canned tomatoes

  • 1 cup chili peppers (fresh or canned), chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by draining the tuna and rinsing the beans. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes until translucent; then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
