  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (plus extra for brushing)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into one-inch meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through; brush with remaining BBQ sauce halfway through.
  5. While baking, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve meatballs on a platter with the spicy mayo dip.
