2 cans (15 oz each) canned navy beans, drained and rinsed

1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 cup ketchup
½ cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet with bacon grease, sauté diced onions until soft.
In a large mixing bowl, combine navy beans, sautéed onions, crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow bubbling.
