  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, dried onion flakes, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into meatballs.
  4. Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown; they don’t need to be fully cooked.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and beef broth until smooth.
  6. In a baking dish, toss cooked noodles with browned meatballs and pour sauce over; stir gently.
  7. Top with shredded cheese; cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
