  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • 9 graham crackers (approximately)
  • 3 oz berry jello
  • 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the dish, spreading half of the cream mixture over them.
  4. Add half of the fresh berries on top of the creamy layer.
  5. Prepare the jello according to package instructions and pour over layered mixture once slightly cooled. Chill until set (about 2 hours).
  6. Once set, repeat layers with remaining graham crackers, cream mixture, and fresh berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
