  • 1 round sourdough loaf (about 1 pound)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the bread loaf, leaving about an inch of crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pack the seafood mixture tightly into the hollowed-out bread.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serving warm.
