Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted (approximately 2 minutes).
