  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp spicy Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onions
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes). Do not overcook.
  2. Ice bath: Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Chill for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Make the remoulade: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Serve: Drain shrimp and pat dry. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with remoulade or serve it on the side. Garnish with chives or green onions.
