  • 1 cup green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
