  • 8 oz snap peas
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk Gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon on one side of the baking sheet; brush generously with the glaze.
