Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops on one side of the baking sheet. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and remaining garlic before placing them on the other side.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) and broccoli is tender.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle grated Parmesan over both the pork chops and broccoli. Return to oven until cheese is melted and golden.
