  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar and brown sugar with vegetable oil until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and red food coloring. Beat until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until fully incorporated into a thick dough.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Coat each ball generously in powdered sugar.
  6. Place coated dough balls on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly puffed but soft in the center. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
