  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Knead dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth.
  6. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Punch down the dough gently, shape it into small balls, layer in the loaf pan, and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
