  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
