Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, cutting them into thick chips.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Set up three stations: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
