  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly; place them in a large bowl.
  2. Segment the oranges by slicing off both ends, peeling them, and cutting between the membranes to create segments.
  3. Toast the slivered almonds in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
