  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 oz sponge cake or ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with milk until smooth; let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding to create a creamy layer.
  4. Layer the bottom of clear cups or jars with sponge cake pieces, followed by pudding mixture and mixed berries; repeat layers until cups are filled.
  5. Top each trifle with remaining whipped cream and garnish with an extra berry.
  6. Refrigerate the assembled trifles for at least one hour before serving.
