  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil a large pot of water for the egg noodles.
  2. Cook the egg noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir in the drained egg noodles until well mixed.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
