  • 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, and eggs until just combined.
  3. Fold in green onions, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix carefully to keep lumps of crab intact.
  4. Form small patties (about 2 inches wide) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tartar sauce or remoulade.
