  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
