  • 2 slices ciabatta or sourdough bread
  • 4 oz leftover turkey (shredded or sliced)
  • 2 oz brie cheese (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your griddle or pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer shredded turkey, followed by cranberry sauce and brie.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side facing out) and press down gently.
