  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (fresh, trimmed and halved)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Cook chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels, leaving some grease in the pot.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in the bacon grease for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add halved Brussels sprouts and stir to coat them in the garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until they begin to color.
  4. Pour in balsamic vinegar, honey, and chicken broth; stir well.
  5. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release pressure when done.
  6. Serve drizzled with the sauce and enjoy!
