  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, and olive oil until smooth.
