  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Brush additional marinade on the salmon five minutes before removing it from the oven.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
