  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (coconut or canola)

  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup) and vegetable oil; pour over dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
