  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup red onion, cut into large chunks

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
