  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F).
  2. In a skillet on the grill, brown ground beef for 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder and oregano.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a grill-safe baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, half of the beef mixture, half of the ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and finish with noodles topped with marinara and remaining mozzarella.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and grill for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
