  • 1 head cauliflower (about 400g), cut into florets
  • 8 oz (227g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and mushrooms under cool water. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms; stir continuously for about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
