  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  1. Press the tofu: Wrap in paper towels and place a weight on top for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut and season: Cube the pressed tofu and toss it with soy sauce. Set aside to marinate.
  3. Heat pan: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until bubbly but not browned.
