  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
