  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • For the sauce: 2 tbsp honey

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool before shredding.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  5. Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with garlic powder.
