  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool on baking sheets briefly before transferring to wire racks.
